Return Policy – ArtPinStar

RETURN POLICY

Effective November 4th, 2019

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on ArtPinStar.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date.  As soon as it arrives, we'll do offer exchangesArtPinStar does not take returns.  Please note - ArtPinStar does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Unwanted Goods

If you've had a change of heart, simply return your print to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange or replace your print for another one of your choice (to the same value).  We does not take returns. We do offer exchanges for any work that arrives damaged or incorrect.  The print needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging.  All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.  If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at support@artpinstar.com and we will advise you on the next steps.

Return eligibility

The returned print needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging.  As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned.  If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you in lieu of an exchange.

Damaged In Transit

ArtPinStar does not take returns.  We do offer exchanges for any work that arrives damaged or incorrect.  Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally accidents happen.  If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel.  Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@artpinstar.com.  If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours.  Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can arrange for replacement immediately.
